Located in Jersey City Heights, the scope of work called for a complete facade redesign. The existing facade had begun to deteriorate due to years of deterioration.

The redesign called for removal and installation of a new cornice. Studies took place on the exterior cladding to verify whether the client preferred installed wood plank board siding, or new cedar shake siding. All windows and doors would be removed and replaced.

The stair, awning, and porch would be rebuilt to invite visitors and compliment the surrounding context.
