Kearney Ave - Kitchen Reno

Located in North Brunswick, this interior renovation called for a playful, modern aesthetic. The living and kitchen blend rich colors which are balanced by warm wood. The design approach which would be the most cost effective renovation for the Kearney Ave residents. Scope consisted of :

• Continuous wood patterned ceramic tile to provide a continuous transition between the kitchen and dining room.

• Removal of the decorative wood joists.

​

• Flipping the peninsula to direct interaction between the living and dining room.

​

• New cabinets and island (I provided 2 color options - 1 traditional and 1 more playful).

​

• Removing the paint from the brick masonry of the fireplace to provide a rustic finish.

​

• Removal of the built in shelving in the living room to provide more space.
